When you schedule your call with Santa, he’ll get an email with the time slot requested, and he and his elves will get your call on the calendar and send you a link that you can use to join the call at your requested time. You’ll need to download the Zoom application to connect the call, but you don’t need to have a Zoom account. The service will walk you through this process when you click the link to join the call. (If you have already used Zoom, then you won’t need to download the application.)

The cost of a call is $49.99 and includes two additional participants (additional devices). You can add as many people as you’d like to the call with Santa. If you’d like to add more than two additional participants, the cost is $5 each. A participant is essentially a device that is connected to the call.
